You may click Encrypt Email at any point when composing your email message. To do so, click the Encrypt Email button in the ribbon as shown below.Īn Encrypted Email is denoted by a closed Lock icon. Your recipient will see the Citrix Files banner, but you will not. Now you may Encrypt your message. If you have attached your files using Citrix Files Attach Files, the files will be displayed in the normal Citrix Files banner. Files attached "normally" are converted on send. Files attached normally will still be encrypted when they are automatically converted to Citrix Files attachments. Attach files by clicking the Citrix Files Attach Files button in the ribbon, or you may attach files normally. Next, if you wish, you may attach any files to send to your recipients. To encrypt an email message using Citrix Files for Outlook, compose a new email as you normally would. Due to security concerns, Citrix Files does not offer a built-in method of printing encrypted email messages.It must be enabled for each email you intend to encrypt. Encrypted email is not offered as a default message option. "Send me a Copy of this email" and "Accesses per User" are not supported for Encrypted Email messages.You cannot use Encrypted Email to share a file located on a different storage zone.As a security best practice, Distribution Groups cannot be sent an Encrypted Email.This feature is not supported for Archiving accounts.This feature must be enabled by an Administrator user on the account.Please download the latest version from the Apps page of your Citrix Files account prior to using this feature.
